1st Class Elm have been learning about the life cycle of a frog and birds we would see in our garden. They have loved learning about both.
They were bird spotters over the weekend and recorded the birds they spotted on a bird tally worksheet. After learning all about frogs, one was found near the pond! We were all very excited to see what we had been learning about in the classroom, in real life.
They even examined the frog to see what stage of its life it was at.
