We leapt into the topic of frogs this month, learning all about their life cycles and special abilities. We enjoyed discussing how tadpoles essentially 'eat' their tails (use the nutrients from it) to help them grow into froglets with legs and lungs. We're hoping we'll be lucky enough to find some frog spawn in the school pond again this spring.
We also really enjoyed a 2D and 3D shape hunt around the school... who knew so many shapes were hiding in plain sight?
