Our School Blog

When students begin their educational journey at St Patrick’s National School, they are assigned a class name that continues with them from Junior Infants to 6th class. Similar to the school crest, classes are named after trees such as Hazel, Birch and Laurel.

Trees are powerful symbols of life and growth. From a tiny seed, they grow into towering giants, providing shelter, food and oxygen for themselves and their community.  This growth mirrors the human journey witnessed at St Patrick’s NS where our students grow, change and leave a legacy.
